As soon as you arrive at the campsite, you’ll find a bike rental service . This is located at the entrance to the campsite, and offers adult and children’s bikes by the day or week. By offering a velo Grau du Roi rental, our holidaymakers can enjoy the environment and nature that surround you. Discover the unique landscapes of the Camargue while getting some exercise. You’ll find mountain bikes, road bikes, electric bikes and children’s bikes. A member of the campsite staff is also on hand to offer further advice. But also to provide additional equipment to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

Take to the trails and cycle paths

Our guests can take advantage of the unlimited possibilities that our campsite and its surroundings have to offer. OurGrau du Roi bike rental is a great way to see landscapes, waterways, wildlife and other holidaymakers’ favorite wonders.

The Espiguette greenway: Almost 5 km long, the greenway runs along the 255b departmental road. Between marshes and ponds, it winds its way through one of the 3 listed sites of the Grand Site de la Camargue gardoise: the Espiguette beach.

You’ll discover the flora and fauna near the Sicarex lagoon observatory, then at l’Espiguette, a dune massif unique to the Mediterranean coast, with its sandy deserts between sea and sky. From our 4* Grau du Roi campsite, the greenway serves shops, the Lunapark funfair and equestrian centers. An excellent way to combine sightseeing and entertainment, without having to use your car.

Daily shuttle service to Espiguette beach

Every day in July and August, a shuttle bus takes you directly to the Espiguette beach.

A free, convenient, car-free service to make the most of one of the region’s most beautiful sandy beaches. Ideal for peaceful days by the sea, with family or friends, throughout the high season.

A mini-market just for our holidaymakers!

Located at the entrance to the campsite, just behind reception, the mini-market offers a wide range of essentials, including hot bread and pastries baked on site.

Our mini-market service is very practical, thanks to its hot spot. It enables holidaymakers to buy essential foodstuffs or additional products without having to go to a supermarket or off-site store.

You’ll find food, soft drinks and hygiene products, as well as souvenirs and gifts. The mini-market is very practical for holidaymakers.

An ideal destination for exploring the surrounding area by bike

Le Grau-du-Roi is a paradise for amateur cyclists. Known for its large sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, Le Grau-du-Roi is the ideal place for a day’s cycling.

A visit to the small port town of Port-Camargue is well worthwhile. Its Mediterranean streets overlook the harbor, where you can watch the fishing boats.

Continue your journey by bike and follow the coastal path towards Aigues-Mortes. You’ll cross the Canal du Rhône à Sète, which gives this region its charm and rich culture. Along the way, you’ll discover picturesque towns, lively fishing villages and numerous white sandy beaches.

Finish your tour with a stop at Aigues-Mortes. This fortified city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its medieval streets and take a gourmet break in one of the town’s restaurants. At <a href="https://www.lesjardinsdetivoli.com/">Les Jardins de Tivoli campsite</a>, we offer a childcare service. Would you like to take part in a water sports or thrilling activity, but your children aren’t old enough? Do you need a day out all to yourself? Available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., this service is provided by an activity leader who, in addition to accompanying your children to mini club activities, will also supervise them at lunchtime in the campsite restaurant. The drop-in day-care center offers parents the chance to relax and catch up with adults. For further information, please contact reception or the mini club. Did you know?
