The Espiguette beach, the most famous and closest to your Grau du Roi campsite

This is THE sandy beach of Grau du Roi. Just 800 m from the campsite, the immense Espiguette beach, 5 km away and served free of charge by a shuttle service, remains one of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

The Espiguette beach is located in the commune of Le Grau-du-Roi. It is also the beach with direct access from your Les jardins de Tivoli campsite rental.
This sandy beach, lined with pines and reeds, stretches for a kilometer along the Petit Rhône lagoon and is protected by the citadel of Aigues-Mortes. It is visible from the Espiguette lighthouse.
The idyllic turquoise waters are perfect for water sports and relaxation. Its landscapes exude a certain magic, between the vastness of its oceans, its long stretches of fine sand and its desert-like sand dunes.
